Made by Via, it's an Epia M10000 motherboard and has an integrated 1 gigahertz processor, perfect for low power consumption in a car and still fast enough for pretty much anything you need it to do. It's never been overclocked and still runs today as it did when I bought it new. The form factor is mini-ITX so it's super small and is perfect for a car PC build or even a media centre in the house. I currently have it running Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 and it doesn't have a problem at all.

This is my board when I took it out a few weeks ago to rearrange my trunk. You can see it's bolted to the bottom of the case along with the hard drive and the power supply is then fixed on top. I'm only selling the board / CPU.

This is how small of a case it fits into, smaller than an amplifier.
