Did you do anything to your freddy intake before installing? I have heard they are fairly decent but a lot of people online recommend cleanin up the insides of em a little bit.

Were you able to test the difference with/without it or did you do a bunch of things at once?

i did everything at once. never drove the sr20 stock.

and nope. just the obvious check that theres no dirt or dust from sitting in my garage before being installed. so far my only problem with it is getting the injectors to seat properly in it. but ill have that worked out this weekend.

Juggling a few paint ideas around for this summer hopefully. im looking to go 2 tone (Roof/mirrors being black).

I don't like red even the least bit but id like to stay somewhat close to keep things easy.

no point. the kit was freshly painted. paint on rest of car is probably 10 years old as it is just a re-spray. no way ill be able to restore back 10 years and have it match.

plus bright red is too flashy for me anyways.

Do you have Z32 rear calipers on there aswell? If so how did the brake pedal and distribution feel afterwards?

With the stock brake master cylinder the fronts feel ok on my bros car but people are saying on the forums adding the rears makes the pedal sluggish. I have a spare set kicking around incase I change my mind.

Nope I just kept the stocks on the rear. I didn't want to deal with converting the rear lines and e-brake cable

Winter plans
- Re-Finish wheels and brake calipers.
- Undercoating in the wheel wells.
- Some sort of clean finish in the trunk
- Fix all annoying noises
- PAINT and bodywork finally.
- New front windsheild

-install new injectors, clutch, differential, and short shifter and get ready for tune and 300+ rwhp

Spring 2010 update. Goal for this year is to return the car somewhat back to stock while still keeping the modified profile. Starting with wheels.

- OEM 18" 350z wheels ( Manaray meshies up for sale PM )
- New front windhsheild
- JDM Digital Climate control to get rid of the aged analog controls

- Bings tension arms up front and fixed all my coilover issues
- Calipers re-finished- Still deciding on drilled or slotted rotors if any at all.

- All bodywork done including rolled and slightly pulled rear's,
- All rust cut out and fresh sheetmetal welded.
- Old crunched gas tank removed and replaced.
- Roof atenna shaved.




More to come - Pics soon but as promised my above post will be the last time car is ever sporting the red.

cheap man, got a deal through a friend. paid 3500, but the cars going back in and i got refunded a bit of money because the job ended up having some flaws after it sat in the sun for a few days.

had to go to AMVIC to have my problems with the shop resolved so i really don't recommend it to any beyonder's.


guess ill throw another pic into the mix. pictures really don't do the color justice. Appears to be black till the sun comes out :bigpimp:
