My original iPhone had a problem which I will not go into because it's a long story anyways went to the apple store informed them of my problem and they gave me a brand new off the spot. This phone has never been registered and is also added to my Developer Connection account which means you can put iPhone 3.0 Beta firmware on it which is actually currently on it right now :)
