if you're shopping for a new car, then this is the best tool you can have. It tell you invoicing price of what dealers are paying, so you know exactly how low they can go.
Don't need to listen to salesperson lies, etc, or shop at different dealers.
I used it after I shopped around a few dealers, and thought I had a good deal. After looking at this, I saved a few more hundred.
