Telus Internet--Worst customer service ever?

I seem to be stuck in an endless loop.
Call Telus, wait 30 minutes on hold. They try to assist you and they are very nice, but as soon as they can't figure out the problem they hang up on you!! No call backs...nothing!!!

This has happened 3 times already, and now I'm stuck on hold again. &*$% Serously, its time to cancel.

AGREED! Right in the middle of some investment discussions in April the net went down, called and called, sat on hold for god knows how long finally hung up, called Shaw, 3 days later they were here! Never going back to Telus.
Horrible customer service.
