I seem to be stuck in an endless loop.
Call Telus, wait 30 minutes on hold. They try to assist you and they are very nice, but as soon as they can't figure out the problem they hang up on you!! No call backs...nothing!!!
This has happened 3 times already, and now I'm stuck on hold again. &*$% Serously, its time to cancel.
