Drink some, see if you get sick? :)

No seriously though... you would according to the MSDS.

Upon readin the MSDS it looks like it is pretty safe.

It may be biodegradable and non-toxic, but nothing other than water is legal for using on the street.

It's safe and biodegradable, but as mentioned, you'll still get in shit for washing your car with anything other than water. Wash it on the lawn? Simple Green smells so good. I use it to detail my engine bay, haha and it smells like green apples everytime i pop the hood.

Safe, yes, but as others mentioned, it's illegal for any foreign substances to hit the storm drains so wash it on your lawn or just hope your neighbours aren't middle aged women.

use optimum no rinse to wash your car! i will use less than 5 gallons of water total (1 or 2 gallons of solution in 1 bucket and 4 gallons or so of water to clean my mit out). I'd bet that maybe 2 or 3 cups of water will even make it to the ground... not enough to even run to the storm drain :)

It's a load of crap to limit the washing of vehicles on driveways, more toxic chemicals are washed off the road when it RAINS than will ever come off a car during a wash. just think of where all that salt/chemical de-icer goes? how about all the oil leaks on the road?

heres a like for no rinse...
