But because it has dual exhaust that makes it a 3.0 A4 and that colour option was never available according to a few of the online paint colour sites.

Besides the lip on the trunk, the piece around the exhaust outlet gives it away. That's an S4 bumper.

1.8T's had dual as well. There was no single exhaust on B6's available in NA.
