nothing wrong with the T28. Was running and has no shaft play. The doors are a blue/grey color

God damnit.
So I looked up the specs for the s13 and you're correct it is a T25 turbo. I'm selling these parts for a friend of mine and was misinformed. Sorry to everyone who has inquired about this turbo
