No new album, just a straight up tour focusing on the hits and great songs of the past.

Good opening acts on the tour too, with support from Fall Out Boy, Weezer, Panic at the Disco, All American Rejects, and Taking Back Sunday.

I know I'm excited.

I'll be there.. for Blink, and still then mainly to watch Travis. They say we should be hearing at least one new song, maybe two on this tour.

If Weezer opens that will make for a better show. But Fallout Boy... seriously? Yikes.

Tickets will go real quick for this one. I'm still choked that I may have to hear Fallout Boy live. I'll do my best not to..

the same presale codes from yesterday and today work tomorrow. The blink 182 fan club presale code is "stimulus" and the UnionEvents presale code is "rockshow".

You are not behind the stage. If you're not familiar with the saddledome I don't really know what to say to help you. You're in section 110, which is the visitors bench during a Flames game.

The stage goes in the Visitors' attack end. You'll be about 2 or 3 sections away.

106, 105, 104, 103, 102, 101 are behind the stage.

disbanded because the guitarist (tom) quit to form angels and airwaves (band).

mark/travis heard about tom quitting the band from the media. not tom.

all of their side projects have never been as successful as blink. money talks and in a recession might as well reform to cash in.

blink are a guilty pleasure band. don't want to admit you like them, but may sing/hum along if their songs come on the radio. meh

That was an unreal concert!

Blink put on a great show. Awesome to see them back together. Travis' 20ft high, 90 degree tilt, 360 degree rotating drum solo was purely epic, the man is a drum god.

Great show.

Fall out boy was the most unentertaining band I have seen in a long time. It says a lot when each band member stays on their quadrant of the stage for the whole set. There was the occasional overlap, but nothing to add to the experience of the live set. Did they somehow think that their twirly moves would make a difference, I think not, that’s why they started to do this new "maneuver". I think they were trying to kneel down or something, but because of those skinny girl jeans they all wear now, their mobility to kneel down is hindered, so now all it looked like was them squatting to take a dump. Good job FOB, way to raise the bar. Did anyone else get the feeling that Pete Wentz somehow thought he was better than our whole city??? I dunno, maybe it was just me. It’s a good thing Blink 182 didn't really need an opening band to get the crowd excited.

While on the good side, the Blink set made up for the entertainment. The usual banter between Mark and Tom that I was so used to from their last visit to Calgary. To end it with Travis's solo in the encore. I think a lot of us were expecting that, but not to the level he pushed it. Seriously, I am amazed by that guy. It seems like 90% of what he plays are just fills on top of the rhythm. You can tell when he plays stuff from their older stuff like Cheshire Cat, and Dude Ranch, that he finds the drum parts that Scott Raynor created were too simple, and he gets bored playing them, so its nice to see how he adapts by putting in the Travis Barker Flair.

I was front row right in front of mark mic. It was fucking sick other then the fact the 2 our wait with the AAR guitarist spiting where ever he please, and all the girls high pitch screaming for that bassist from FOB lol. Even at there age they sounded pretty good, watching videos from youtube i thought tom wouldn't be singing to well but he was great. Other then not playing mutt or online songs, epic concert indeed. Feel sorry for the 15 year old chick that couldn't get in cause she was drunk and knocked down the railings outside where you waited to get in ahah.
