View Full Version : Beyond Emails going to Junk Mail in Outlook

So I use Outlook 2007 for my telus email, and as of about 2 weeks ago, the beyond emails (like new private message etc) are going to the junk mail folder.

I don't know if this is something that I accidentally set myself, or if it was because of the junk mail filter update that gets applied every month or so, but either way they are going to junk. Anyone else having this happen?

i am just not getting beyond emails at all.

Go to your Junk email options, and add *@beyond.ca to your safe list. It's under the Action menu in Outlook 2003 (not sure about newer versions).

Alright that worked, thanks. Do you know if you can talk to microsoft about excluding beyond from the junk mail filter?
