It makes me mad that the wiki entry was removed. I think it is valid enough to stay in there.

:dunno:

I have seen these at canadian tire before. There are also different variants of the NOS additives. Sure he may have baught it because of the NOS on it and sure it may have been an energy drink. But i can see how the mistake can be made.

No for the wikipedia page for the Nos drink. It's actually back up right now. It keeps getting deleted and readded.

I'll quote the response in case it gets axed again.

Public Confusion of Energy Drink with Non-consumable NOS Vehicle Products

In May of 2009, a New Hampshire motorcyclist mistook the blue and orange energy drink bottle for the NOS Complete Fuel System cleaner, intended only for automotive use. He mistakenly introduced 44 ounces of the energy drink into his fuel system. [1]

I can see that too. They usually refridgerate octane boosters. They also are surrounded by many Coke & Pepsi products......................

Awesome thread...but it doesn't look like the guy in charge handles large amounts of international traffic due to internet popularity very well. That site doesn't work very well. Gotta give props to rage for having no problems with this site when clawsome things happened.
