Just get one from London Drugs, Walmart unless you use it a lot and want a higher quality one.

If you buy a cheaper one it wont have enough texture to stay on the ground when doing different positions. I bought one at superstore and it was shit foam for about $20.

I went to chapters and bought one for $30 and it is night and day difference in quality. Pitch an extra $10 and go for a better quality one. Sure it isnt the 100% organic shit from lululemon, but it does its job, has enough texture that it stays in 1 spot on the ground, and its comfy enough.

I got mine from Winners for somewhere in the $20s as well. It's a pilates/yoga mat so there is more thicker padding and more comfortable.
