As much as I hate a scammer, this guy isn't posting very many details about the "scam".

How long has it been since his last contact? If he was headed to Calgary he might not have readily available internet access (not everyone has a PDA).

If he shipped it Air Canada, they are WELL KNOWN to lose stuff in shipping all the time. Especially going across the country, where multiple aircraft transfers are involved.

I dunno, the guy looks like a douche from his facebook photo, but can't really make a judgement call on a "scam" with so little details.

Funny this should come up. I used to work with this guy. He told me that his turbo died on him a couple months back. Definitely sounds like he sold it off, as I heard that he purchased a brand new stock one.

Nice enough guy, didn't seem like a scammer really, but that's how it goes I guess, I know for a fact he didn't have a good used turbo layin around or he wouldn't of bought a brand new one..
