Congrats, but it appears you guys could work on your image/scenery a bit.

The ambiance is subjective- if you love old-world style bistros (like in New York) you'll like it. If you're more contemporary you will find it... old. haha
As far as the service, we aren't aware when a critic comes in. It's just part of the experience sometimes :)

Yeah thats why I added the smirk, I knew it was probably just a snooty critic. I know usually with these smaller places, the service is just always great because its the owners themselves.

Eaten there 5 or 6 times in the last year, the food it great, and my fav part is ive always been able to be seated without waiting or a reservation (despite being warned that I should have called)
