re-flashing Mac Video card to work on a PC

Does anybody on here have the ability to re-flash a mac video card to work on a PC? I need this uber badly. I was given a 24" Apple Cinema LCD as a gift but it only using mini port display which no PC video card uses and there are no adapters that work as of yet.

If you know somebody that can please pm me or even information on how to re-flash the cards would be great!

What do you mean no adapters work? mini displayport --> vga?
