I'm looking to travel to Mexico in Mid July but don't exactly know what part of Mexico I should be going to. The main attractions I'm looking for is a good hotel, good beach activities, and thirdly good partying.

Can anyone suggust a part of Mexico and hotel that they have personally been at?

Thanks!

cancun has it all

I also recommend temptations resort, lots of good bartenders, lots of topless women, major party atmosphere.

perfect for a party themed vacation, with a twist of nudity!!!!

How many 'stars' is Temptations rated at? I've seen reviews knocking the place as being dirty, bad service, etc.

Not looking to get shitfaced or anything maybe a few nights of the week stay yes, but would just like to go walking away with a good experience of being on vacation.

Dreams resort and spa in Puerto Vallarta was excellent. never had a better time in my life. Pricey but well worth it.

i think it is 4 star.

I was there in April and it was great. The food and hotel itself were all good, everything was clean and the only reason any of us got sick was because of over consumption.

I read all of those reviews also and I think the people who are crying the most were probably way too picky for a sub 5star resort- or may have actually had bad experience, but is likely an isolated incident. remember you are still in mexico!!! common sense goes along way-> do not drink water etc etc.

another good option (adult only, not super expensive) is the golden parnassus. Its a little smaller and more chill, it was a few hundred more for a week last time i shopped around.

:werd: Cancun is only good for partying. There are so many better places to go to in Mexico.

I stayed at Ocean Maya for 5 days (your first link) and it wasn't bad. I have stayed at better places but nothing was stolen and it was clean with nice people so I was all about that.

I also have stayed at the grand Mayan as posted above and it was very nice, but price difference between the two definitely shows.

But comparing those two is like comparing tang to orange juice.

Where in Mexico are you headed?
