2   from me. I've had my last 5 suits made there. Claudio and his dad run a top notch shop. The quality is as good as you'll get at a Holt or Rosen. They have a ton of various fabrics to choose from so you should be able to get something you like. YOu can probably go as cheap as say $700 or if you want they carry Zegna swatches and you can get a handmade Zegna (my next one! :bigpimp: ). I highly recommend them.

Had a sports jacket made there...fit is fantastic! It was great for me when I went because the older fellow (I think his dad) definitely knows how to measure properly while the younger guy (his son?) knows what the current styles are, what's a good look, fabric in case you are not aware (like myself!). Great service with the phone calls staying in contact as well. When I need suits I'll be going there. I'm a pretty small fucker, off the rack stuff just doesn't fit quite right as I quickly found out.

Awesome... I was in there today and found a fabric I really liked... made to measure suit for $650 just didn't seem right, but I'll be going back tomorrow for sure!

Thanks!

That's what I've been trying to tell people for years, a $650 bespoke suit will always look better and more expensive than a $900 off the rack suit....for my body type anyways FWIW.

I had one made there a few years ago and, while the suit fit well and was good quality, I didn't see the value in paying close to double what it costs for a custom suit from Maxwells Clothiers.....which had the same fit.

These are the fellas that come into town? If so, I've heard rumor they are in town now or are very shortly!

I'd really be interested in seeing what they have to offer, considering I've heard deals of 3 custom shirts for ~150...would be great if it were true!

They are in town this week, and they usually have the 3 custom shirts for around $150. However, you pay $7 duty for each shirt once it gets delivered.

Maxwell is at The Westin downtown this week. The duty is estimated at $12/shirt now so expect to pay around $190 total for 3.

What about the duty on a suit? Is used to be $90. Did you notice if that went up as well?

I will try to remember to check tonight, I have their current pamphlet at home.

Just talked to a buddy that was down there today.

It's $135 for the 3 shirts plus the duty.
