Is this realistic?

I bought a 1995 Acura Integra LS 4 door with 105k on it... is it realistic?
There was only one owner....paid 10g's for it...

I sold my 92 ( or 93 ? can't remember ) 2 yrs ago for $12500 .. with 160,000 kms .

so .. for $ 10 G is very good deal, if the car in fair shape ...:poosie:

They are still very nice looking car in today standard ! ( I think it look better then today TL ) and ... it is ..
