Shaw high speed any deals

Hey i am moving soon and will need shaw high speed for the house. Are there any deals, on buying the modem or getting a discount for being a student. I just want the cheapest high speed i can get. thanks, i have searched the forum but didnt come up with much new posts

i believe their promo right now is the first month free and you pay a discounted rate for the first 6 months or something.

do you guys know what the student discount is? and i coudl sign up now and then cancel come fall and get the gf to sign up for the student deal right?

student discount is $20 a month high speed or $32 for extreme, it's on until June 12, u pay up front until sept then have option to renew for 8 months...they will charge $5 extra if u don't own your modem (per month) so that's up to u.

i talked to shaw on the phone and the guy derek offered free modem, 2 months free then 6 months at 19.95 for high speed

it's only available if you pair it with another service like cable or home phone.

otherwise 3 months at 20 bucks
