2001 Honda Civic LX OBDII Scan & Current Status

Okey ... after spending good 5 min in the car pluging in the OBDII in and let it do it's thing it came up with NOTHING...and i mean NOTHING

1) Trouble Cods - says "NO CODES ARE FOUND"
2) Erase Cods - i didn't touch that
3) Live DATA - Everything is good
4) Freeze Frame - again everything is good
5) I/M Status
- MIL status - Off
- Misfire Monitor - OK
- Fuel system Mon - OK
- Comp. Component - OK
- Catalyst Mon - OK
- Htd Catalyst - N/A
- Evap System Mon - OK
- Sec AIR System - OK
- A/C refrig Mon - OK
- Oxygen Mon - OK
- Htd Mon - OK
- Egr System - N/A

this is all i can get any idea?

oh and all my Gagus's are all whacked out even after i got the speedometer changed by some dumb ass

example my Gas Tank is always full no matter what but when the gas is about to run out the light comes on
also

and my Zero starts at 60
and the RPM starts at 3000
and when the Engine is cold/Hot the gagus starts in the middle and when the Engine warms up the little hand goes to Hot:banghead:

and i only have SRS light on the speedometer
