This was the rematch. The Mustang took it the first time. The wicked bike added nitrous for this time, the Mustang got a new tune-up and made a "little" more power on a maxed out T76 turbo....

The Mustang took it again!! Apparantly there are a few videos, so if anyone converts them to digital, I'll post them....

The bike never took it at all thats crazy. I would hate to lose traction in that mustang.

i think that would be really interesting to watch... i can believe the bike did so poorly. I guess i expected more out of that bike.

Is that the twin turbo stang? with ~8 second quarters? If it is there are some great videos of that car.

It looks like a jet taking of from the video inside the car. Its crazy fast.

Ack.... not that I wasn't impressed before, but holy crap. How much nitrous and where did he keep the two 10lb. bottles... ;) (actually I am curious as to how much nitrous, not the F&F bit).

Was it even close, or did the bike surge ahead for a brief moment before 120mph and shitty aerodynamics make it a hp battle?

Apparanlty, the bike was never ahead, Depends who you talk to, the stang got the bike by between 2 to 4 car lengths. I was not there, I was just interested cause I have a lot of tuning time in that thing....good to see it go pretty quick.

Hoping to see the video ASAP.

That's impressive for the bike never to have been ahead... when I mentioned he should go turbo and then I saw this thread, I had to laugh that he went forced induction and still got beat. :)

I still think he's got it all wrong and should ditch the NOS and go turbo. No sudden impact on the crank/rods/etc. and at some point, you are mathematically limited by the amount of nitrous that will go in the motor vs. the air flow that can be crammed in with a nice big fat turbo.

I originally had these guys in mind.

They retain the stock 'Busa motor which is always a good sign they are doing something right adding that much power.
