$1.09 right now.

Heading to Hawaii at the end of the month... hope it hits par again.

Oil is at $66+

And people think the CDN dollar isn't a petro dollar!

Lol ive been watching it all week... Ugh we want our dollar high , we gota pay for gas :banghead:

Oh well great time to go to LA and Vegas!

It has a lot more to do with weakness of the US dollar. Other currencies (Euro and Australian and NZ) have been on even more of a tear than the Cdn dollar.

CAD is compared to the USD and oil is traded in USD.

It makes sense that when the USD drops (especially against the Euro) that oil and CAD both go up at the same time.
