Is there anyone know if it is too late to reserve a stampede booth for 2009 ? Any Instruction ? I did some research but couldn't find anything

Yes, you are extremely late. Booth reservations were done last year, I believe after last Stampede (don't quote me).

yes, they are booked about a year in advanced... and is quite costly.
