need board approval...

basic rule of thumb. you own everything in your condo from the paint in... if you ever drill through the paint, or go behind the drywall (or concrete in this case) you're damaging common property... so yes... you'll need board approval... and i'm pretty sure they won't go for it... but meh... what do i know?:dunno:
