slightly more major ones, but not so major to the point where theres lots of traffic or advanced greens etc, try acadia crossing anderson or canyon meadows and bonaventure probably works on intersections like that
its probably pretty illegal, i figure the blinking brights mimics the lights of an emergency vehicle?

Must be the lights with the small boxes mounted on them, I see them around firestations near my place.
