Selling Liquor online?

I'm looking to get rid of a bottle of Johnny Walker Blue scotch and Hennessy XO that I got as gifts, and will never drink (prefer a good steam whistle), but not sure if it is illegal to sell on forums like Beyond, Kijiji, etc?

Saw bunch of people selling cigarettes, don't see how it would be much different?

Anyone know?
