This is scary for me because after I workout I have my meal and I take a multi-vitamin and fish oil.
Reading this stuff drives me nuts because one week some things are good for you and then the next week it could kill you. I remember reading an article that stated that vitamin supplements may not actually do anything for you, then this news comes out. I don't get swayed easily and I don't always believe what I read, I'd rather get my information by someone that I could actually talk to, like a doctor or naturopath.
