I pack a lunch, but I've been staying in the office and I really should be leaving. Is there anything to do besides eat and shop?

I go for a run by the river at lunch. Lots of eye candy:thumbsup:

Or you can just walk down Stephen Ave as well. Lots of eye candy there too.

havent ran in a couple of weeks, but lots of hotties run along the river or in the park.
Also I workout twice a week at WHC at the bay.

Stephen Ave, 17th or Prince's Island Park for a nice stroll during the day. I used to love just chillin' at lunch at either of these places with co-workers or friends.

i walk in princess island if it is nice out. If you farther into downtown do the same on steven ave or 17th.

If it is cold I usually work through.

I like to go on what we call the 'run-n-gun'. Eat lunch at desk right before the lunch hour then head out to Stephen all the way down to Olympic Plaza then stroll down to 3rd or 4th St and walk to Princes island park and back. Its almost a 4km so its burns off your lunch nicely and plenty of eye candy.

I've also gone up the Calgary tower at lunchtime once and there were a few people eating packed lunches up there. Its something like $80 for an annual pass. Wouldnt be a great quiet place to eat lunch everyday with a nice view if you've got the money to burn...

Lol I used to work at the Earls on Stephen ave, I would go to a bar have a beer (or two) and go to the a park and relax. I always worked split shifts so I had like 3 hours to kill. Plus I had enough Eye candy at work... When the arcade was still around I would go to that aswell.
