Hey guys i'm having trouble starting my integra, it cranks but wont start at all. It was working fine last night but tried starting it this morning and would not start. Not too sure what the problem is the only thing I did yesterday was change the cluster but after changing it, the car still started fine.

Good chance its flooded if you've been trying for awhile to get it started. Remove the plugs and let it evaporate, replace and try again. If you have time, grab some new plugs as well and replace while you're at it.

Oh forgot to say, when trying it again and it doesn't start after a few cranks, step on the accelerator all the way down (WOT) as this will prevent more fuel from being dumped in, flooding your engine again.

are we even usre the car is getting fuel though? I can't see the vid at work but how's the main relay doing, are we sure it's still good?

Thats the other thing, I don't know if it is getting fuel. How would I check the relay? Could switching clusters cause this?

Do I need to get new spark plugs or can I just take it out and put it back in? Car is getting written off but I need to drive it to dealer so insurance get reappraise it so don't really wanna put money into it.

As Mr ET has mentioned, there's a good chance it may be your main relay.
Other common things that go are the ignitor, and only sometimes, the coil.

Good places to start out, but check that relay 1st

Easy to check if its getting fuel, crank your car for 15 - 20 seconds then remove sparkplug and check it. After 15-20 seconds of not firing up, the plug will be covered in gas.

if its flooding you'll smell fuel as well. when you turn on the key do you hear a click come from inside the dash somewhere? i know my civic its on the passenger side.
you'll usually hear it when the CEL goes out before you start
