LHD to RHD, first off, is it possible, if it is, what are the steps involved in the conversion and what would be an estimated price?

Specifically looking at 98 240SX's, and ITR/CTR....

its prolly possible.....but Damned expensive. youd need the whole front end of the car like. A-piller forward.

seems more like unpracticality. with the money it would cost to do a swap (i saw a price quote of at least 6K USD) youd be better off importing one, or making the one you have faster and forgetting about the swap altogether. just my 2 cents.

sure its original, but Im sure its a total nuisance too. How would you pass on a 1lane going each way highway??

My guess is that you would still pass on the left....but it would feel a little weird. everyone says that its hard to make left hand turns and stuff but why? because its not the way we learned to drive? well we learned to drive on the left hand side of a car...i think you can learn how to drive on the right hand side

between my house and ALL the places I go there is a stretch of single lane highway that is about 2km's long.. and in 5 years of living here I have NEVER passed anyone.. so I ain't to concerned about it.. and If I ever have to, then I will deal with it then.. and like speed dreams said. you just gotta relearn how to drive a different style.. whats wrong with being able to drive both LHD and RHD...

And I have been thinking if I do for sure plan on goin RHD, I will be importing... just gonna be a pain in the ass aswell... :thumbsdow

But all great things come at a price.. :D

a complete waste of money, and downright stupid.

This is a car that we HAVE in canada... unlike the Skyline that everyone talks about importing and can't. This is in the insurrance registries books, It wouldn't be as hard as importing a Skyline..
