I had this deck installed into the car yesterday and am having an issue with it recognizing a USB drive. If I plug it into the USB cable that is connected to the deck it will charge but it still says that there isn't a USB drive there.

I have tried 3 different kinds of USB stick but it's the same thing with all 3, which makes me think there might be a setting or something on the deck I am missing?

Thanks!

No it should read the device properly. If it doesn't then there is a connectivity problem that needs to be fixed. All USB input decks should acknowledge any device there.. Since it doesn't then that means it may be a problem with the USB socket itself of there is a wiring issue inter-related to the socket.

^These guys do car audio electrical repairs, and are located in Manchester business park. I'd let them take care of it.

It was installed professionally so I will be taking it back to them, I just thought there might be something I am missing.

Thanks though!
