Ipod Help..weird thing

ok so i have a 5th gen 60gb ipod
and if i go to Music and then songs, i can scroll fine.
it will scroll thru the songs a to z, but when i continue to scroll, it will relist songs in a to z order (but different songs) and it will do this about 4 times while i keep scrolling to the bottom

how do i get it so it only scrolls through a to z ONCE, listing all the songs?

i never use itunes actually

but i plugged the ipod in, opened itunes, closed it all and unplugged and it's fixed haha

Itunes must have reorganized your music folders properly. Good to know.
