I'm starting the P90x program, and will be working on it during the break, and I'm looking at this intro booklet and prior to starting the program it says I need to know my body fat %. Also can anyone give me tips or simplify the steps needed to calculate my daily calorie intake? If anyone has done this program or something similar, your inputs are appreciated.
