K, snowstorm right? Slow down plz and thank you. Driving home from work at approx 12:15am. Driving 60 on country hills blvd minding my own business. Dude behind me is probably going at 90 and things he can pass me when there's a van right beside me. Dude slams on the breaks but doesn't slow down. Me being in my poor crx with gaysauce tires, tried to speed up to avoid collision. Luckily for me, I hit semi dry road and was able to hit an xtra 10-20 km/h......just enough to avoid the incident.

But that's not everything. Between Panorama Hills and beddingtrail, some guy, was riding his bike, in the middle of the road.......guess he was asking a death wish. Had no reflective clothing, was wearing a dark jacket with black pants, and had no reflectors on his bike. Good job mr. bike man. He's not just endangering himself, but also making the daily safe driver even harder to dodge a guy going at a speed of 10.

Let's use our headz guys.

BTW.......i would've taken a picture of the guy on the bike, but I was too busy keeping my hands on the wheel :bigpimp:

Some woman in front of me threw her gum or some shit like that out the window today while we were both doing about 90 km/h on 16th Ave. It landed straight on my windshield!

Didn't get a chance to tell her off at the next light either, just gave her a dirty look. :banghead:

Heh. I work at the A&W on Country Hills blvd near the IGA, my cashier, manager and me were outside smoking around 9:30 PM, when we hear a giant crash from the street. A guy in a silver Intrepid slid off the road and smoked the transformer box in front of the street lights.

Couple of cars stop to check it out, the guy in the Intrepid gets out of his car talking on his cell phone... he starts screaming on the phone "FUCK.... FUUUCK!!" and the guys who were walking towards him kinda walk away all casually hahah....

We called the cops to report it, the streetlights were off and there was a fair bit of traffic... they came in took a report and that was all I knew.. I came back this morning and the transformer had been replaced.

OCT 29 Going south on Shaganapi Trail just before John Laurie (on big the hill) there was all this traffic cuz of morning rush hour and bad conditions, 2 cars infront some lady in a AWD Caravan decides that she has had enough waiting and is gonna pull a u turn ACROSS the big green space that divides Shaganappi and start heading up the hill. I've seen people pull this in the summer time and it works, but in winter? WTF is the thinking? even the dudes in the 4x4's arn't tryin that shit today. Needless to say the van got super stuck and you could see the front wheels spinin and the back ones turning slowly. Gotta love the Dodge's so called AWD system.

BTW: all of these things occured in the same general area... interesting.

:werd: I was going down this hill and buddy infront of me is doing 20 and on his brakes...well residential areas are better for playing hockey then driving right now so I kinda move over to the extreme right side of the lane where there is traction in the snow and thie buddie in his beat up peice of shit van pulls up beside me....we are talking maybe 4 inches between my teg and his ass.

I dont like slow drivers. I know how to drive in this weather i can do 110 down deerfoot and even around the corners. Whats the matter with everyone else in the city they cant even do 70 around alot of the corners. Not to mention the people who think when they are spinnin out if they push on the gas more they will go farther. This city has the worst drivers in snow ive ever seen in my life.

i did that... the fucker reported me and i got a warning for dangerious driving :rolleyes:

next time someone tailgated me i kept constant speed but he ends up rear ending me into a center median
