How can I put songs on my ipod/iphone onto a pc with none of those songs?


Whats a good program to convert video files to the format ipod uses?

I use Format Factory, a free download that will change songs from one format to another, one of them being mp4(ipod). You can also go in and change the settings for the files, I've found it to be a good program.
Free Video Converter, also free, is good for ipod vids.

I use a program called IpodFolder. lets you back up your ipod songs onto your computer. http://ipodfolder.uptodown.com/en/

personally I use a program called Ipod transfer. Picked it up a while ago in the bargain bin at some big box store for like 5 bucks. Works marvelously, but there's tons of free programs that can let you do that, just go to download.com

Pod to PC works great, and it is Free... used it many times, and there is no limit to how many songs you can transfer
