What are some of your favorite cocktail recipes? Im not talking about simple things like rum and coke, vodka tonic etc, but drinks that take a little preparation. I want to make something good to drink tonight at a friends BBQ and need some suggestions. Im thinking on making this one right now:
Kiwifruit Lychee Sparkler
1 ZESPRI GOLD Kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
3 oz vodka
2 oz lychee syrup*
4 oz ginger ale
Muddle kiwifruit, vodka, lychee syrup and ice in cocktail shaker. Shake all ingredients, add ginger ale and strain into two ice-filled Collins glasses. Garnish with kiwifruit and lychee if desired. For mocktail, substitute 3 ounces extra ginger ale for alcohol.

This one looks good too:
Argentine-Style Bellini
This Italian-style cocktail combination is very popular in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Though you can find many variations on this classic, some of which include peach schnapps and other liqueurs, the simplest one seems to be the most elegant and tasty. Served in a champagne flute, this light cocktail is a great way to start any evening or party.
Serving: 1
INGREDIENTS:
3 ounces peach nectar
5 ounces cold Spanish sparkling wine or dry champagne
1 thin peach slice and 1 raspberry, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Pour the peach nectar into an 8-ounce champagne glass or flute. Slowly add the sparkling wine or champagne. Stir, garnish with the peach slice and raspberry, and serve immediately.
