Apexi turbo timer stuck on off

So I was messing around in my interior installing some gauges, and when I was finished my turbo timer is now stuck in the "off" position on the screen. I have a hunch its due to the e-brake but I don't want to rip my console apart if thats not it. Any one have any ideas?

usually there is a piggyback harness plugged inline under the drivers dash going to the tumbler if they took the easy out. u may want to try to get a wiring diagram for the unit and just trace the wire u need (whatever color it may be) and use a multimeter to test it.
