At first glance it's just some guy pushing a baby stroller, then upon further inspection he's got a fuckin' parrot on his shoulder.

Crazy shit.

i honestly find the dude on the cell texting more interesting.

it makes me think who he is texting and why,
perhaps he wore that nice collard shirt to impress the person he is texting?

and what is that white thing hanging down his leg?
perhaps a bag,

what could be in the bag
is he a drug dealer?

does the bird have eye problems and needs some chronic relief?

Funny this thread popped up.

I just drove back from San Diego up the coast to Vancouver and two seperate people 1,000kms apart, I see driving with their damn birds in their car. NOT IN CAGES EITHER!!

One had the African Grey sitting shotgun on it's cage.

The other had their large bird perched on the driver's seat over her right shoulder?!?!

I don't get it.

I tried to get pictures but they didn't turn out too well.

why does this seem odd to you?

no different than a dog or a cat in a car

as long as the windows are rolled up.
if you seen a bird with his head out the window of a moving car i would call that strange, but not just sitting on the drivers shoulder.

uhhh right..

Ill take my fishys in the car for a spirited drive.
You know so they can get out of the fish bowl once in a while...

I don't think birds where ever meant to ride in cars, same with fish, hamsters, or hell even snakes.

i own a parrot and the only time he is in a cage is overnight (sleeping) or while im at work.

fish tend to depend on their tank as a life or death need.

and i don't think you can train a hamster to sit on your shoulder or obey a command.

and i don't think a snake is smart enough to be trained on commands and behavior either.

i've heard of people that let their bird in the shower with them, that you will likely find more shocking than having the bird in a car.

As long as you guys keep it behind closed doors I don't give a shit.
But a bird in a car is just weird. Maybe I'm sooo 2008?!?!

I don't think it's that as much as you just seeming to like to find things to complain about.

I don't see a reason why a bird in a car is any different then a dog or a cat also.

Maybe you just need to lighten up and not worry about what other people are doing. :dunno:
