I make sure all my listings are priced bang on (this one appraised at 345,000 by an independant appraiser) I also spend alot of time with stagging and photography.

I have yet to sell any listings on beyond. Iam sure its only a matter of time though.

This home actually had an offer yesterday on it. the second offer is much better:thumbsup:

Sure did...I knew keeping it between 345,000 and 349,900 wouldnt make a difference to a buyer. And i was right...they for more then their apprasial:D
