Wondering where you guys have seen some around, as I have not been shoe-shopping for god knows how long. Lots on the net but shoes are the one thing I really don't want to get and have them fit funny. Looking at these:

Yeah both the previous posters are talking about Town Shoes.

I work there, the shoes you posted are older models, but we used to carry the 2 Diesels at the Chinook location.

There are very similar Diesel ones in most Town Shoes right now if that's what your looking for.

I've been told they fall apart really fast? Is that true? Just curious.

Just a heads up for anyone looking. The shoes on Town Shoes can be ordered into the store if they are found on their website, but they also have shoes in-store that aren't found online.

For diesel stuff, Towns only has a few pairs. Urban and Underground sold a few diesels. Harry Rosen sells D&G, Perelli and something else for sneakers. A lot more diesel sandals vs. shoes I found as well. Lacoste is at towns and urban, but you'll find the Lacoste store doesn't sell any of the velcro strap style if that's your thing and does have better looking shoes, IMO.

I'm really glad I was able to find something in-town instead of ordering online. I tried on a couple pairs of lacoste shoes, all in the same size and each one fit noticeably different, both in width and length. Doesn't make sense to me but who knows. I didn't find any diesel shoes I liked so I can't say how the fit is.

Town shoes is expensive for Lacoste. Saw a pair I liked for $175, ended up finding the same pair for $100 at Browns in Market Mall.
