My favorite is BBQ pork

BBQ Duck on the top right, Soya sauce chicken beside it with Soya Sauce Chicken Thighs halves on the tray beneath it and behind the Soya Sauce Chicken is a slab of Roast Pork I think

Middle row in the middle hanging looks like squid with BBQ Sausage below and Chicken Wings on the bottom tray

All the hanging meat on the centre left side my guess is BBQ Pork



My favorite is Roast Pork is Tong Ky BBQ House, love me some crunchy skin with some plum sauce

I love the BBQ pork and roast pork from Gee Gong in Chinatown.

I've never really seen squid prepared like that, and I would say dj_rice is bang on with everything in the picture.

my favourite bbq item is BBQ pork (cha seew) with plum sauce and steamed white rice.

thats a meal fit for champions.

Thats cuttlefish (braised in some soy mixture) thats been dyed that weird bright orange colour.

so most of them have been figured out already char siu, roast pork, duck. chinese sausage etc, ALL sooo good :drool: , the bottom left i'm going to poke a guess at either chicken gizzards or hearts, in HK and S.E asia you can include pig stomach/intestine on the hangers there. lol where was this pic taken OP?

Give me a bowl of hot steaming rice with anyone of those meats in the pic, some plain boiled bok choi and maybe a sunny side up egg, with the yolk mixed in the rice and i'll be happy anyday.

The cuttlefish rocks. Especially when they have it comes with duck drippings sauce mixed with hoisin (I think one place in Calgary had it).
