Need Advice! Where to get this dent fixed?

Hey guys, was just wondering if anyone could tell me where to get this sort of dent fixed without having to pay dealership prices :nut:. I got a friend to send pictures to Tomco but he said we should go to a body shop since it is on the eclipse quarter panel. Any advice/suggestions would be great. Thanks
