Well I have been to the major shops here in Calgary and they all have a horrible selection of dirt bike boots...

Where are you guys finding your boots?

Also the few I have tried on either aren’t wide enough for my feet or they pinch when I walk... anyone have any suggestions?

The only ones that fit perfectly are the Alpine Star tech 10's but I don’t feel like paying $650 for boots... but I may end up doing so if I can’t find a pair that are comfy

I bought my Thor Quadrant boots at Cycleworks. Price was pretty good.

Try some sidi and higher end fox boots, they may fit you well. Sidi's are highly regarded, and have zero break-in time from what I've heard... may be more comfortable off the bat with no questions on how it'll break in on you. My $99 fox trackers were really stiff and difficult to walk in when I got them, they fit awesome now... but I have pretty average sized feet.
