OEM/System Builder/Retail ? Basic/Home Premium/Business/Ultimate?

If you're unsure, look on the COA and it will tell you. You do have the COA right?

Pretty sure most Vista CDs include all versions and both architectures, it installs the specific version based on CD-Key. That's how mine works.

You are correct that all versions are on the same dvd. However, each platform is on a seperate dvd, 32 & 64 bit. There might also be different dvd's depending on if it's retail, oem, etc...

You're right - i completely forgot that most OEM/System builder versions of Vista the key activates the correct version. Now we just need to narrow down if it's OEM or System Builder... if it's 32bit system builder, I have a dvd and im in the NW.

I've got both 64 bit and 32 bit OEM in the NW

Edit: I see you need Home Premium, but we still need to know whether it's 32-bit or 64-bit.

It would also be useful to know whether you have a branded OEM, generic OEM, volume license, or retail key. The process for activating the keys is different. OEM keys will most likely need to be activated over the phone.

If you have a retail key you can call Microsoft and they will ship you a new CD/DVD. If you have a branded OEM key, contact your manufacture to purchase new recovery CDs. Our techs carry a number of Vista restore DVDs for all of the popular OEMs, so we might be able to provide you with one. However, our techs would need to verify the COA first.
