I got mine up there already. Aug 1 2009.

feelin good about that day.:D

I asked the site manager if it happens on a day that no one bought. He mailed me back and said that he would just use the closest pick.

you need a lottery licence for this shiitttt

Lottery License

A simple definition of gaming is an event whereby a participant has to pay to play, the winner is determined by chance, and the prize is greater than the cost to play.

A lottery license is required for such an event.

Isn't the easy way to get around it is to require a skill testing question? I don't know the exact details but I remember looking it up once and to get around it being a lottery you can add the skill testing question. That way it isn't a game of odds, it also requires 'skill'.

Oh right I believe what that little scheme is that they're employing you to answer this question, and once you've answered it they pay you, in a free hamburger or something.

I don't think GM will ever die. Of course this is coming from a GM Fanboy who thinks the newest Camaro is the hottest car ever ;)

yeah but how many pay to play lotteries ask a skill testing question?.. 90% of the time its a scratch ticket/peel ticket that comes free with somthing else..your not investing in your chances to win, your investing in your food/item..and they offer a chance to win things for giving your bidness to them
