Maybe he was double checking the license plate or details on the car. Either way, I doubt the guy is using it as a daily driver...it's probably ditched in that parking lot.

it was all there. it looked as if nothign was striped. and as davidI stated, i wasnt sure if it was the actual car that was stolen so rite when i got home i checked.

owner lives accross the city so he called the cops and they are going to go check it out.

haha i remember one time i thought i saw someone with stolen rims. (choweyt3t4) i thought they were his rims but it, i was wrong.
i felt emberassed because i actually thought i found the guy but at the same time no one made fun of me or called me an idiot but instead gave me some nice words because i kept my eyes open.
