duplicolor metalcast

Anyone ever use the duplicolor metal cast before?
I'm planning on painting my valve cover with some and I'm wondering how it will hold up it says it's suppose to withstand 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
Ill also probably grab some engine enamel clear coat to coat it once its painted.

works fine on the valve cover, except you have to buff out the metal as shiny as possible or it won't look good. or use ground coat first.
