Hey guys, my upstairs tenant decided to tell me today that she is moving out tomorrow. so I need a new tenant for the first of the month basically.

$500 a month includes everything except food. it's not a big room, but it is a big house.

- Shaw Warped High Speed internet(the next speed above high speed extreme)
- Digital Cable with a HD box in the living room
- Big Screen
- Pool Table is being moved in in the next couple days.

It's just a room on the main floor.

It's a two level. One room in the basement, two upstairs (main level).

If you're the landlord can't you just start billing the tenant from the day they move in? Is there some law that says you have to have a 30ish day cycle starting on the first of each month?

Sorry not trying to be rude or anything, just genuinely curious.

yes...it was just my way of saying it's available now, and every day that there's not a tenant there costs me money, so obviously I would rather have someone in there right away...

it was just a sudden development.

I park in there, and jory parks in there...but I work a lot of nights, so on the nights I am working you are welcome to my space (assuming whoever the person that takes it is works a day job)

also the street is pretty much private...it's in a townhome complex, so it's a relatively safe street parking situation.
