Syscal.com is a growing IT company with a fast paced and exciting working environment. We are currently looking to fill the position of Technical Support Specialist. The successful candidate will need to be self motivated, responsible, and technically knowledgeable. This is a customer service position that requires strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to deliver consistent results. Responsibilities:
Assist in creation client documentation;
Assist in creation of company standards;
Able to manage own schedule;
Able to work as part of a team;
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Small Business Server;
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory networks;
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Exchange environments;
Break/Fix support for end users;
Execute projects for existing and new clients;
Scheduled and ongoing network maintenance for clients.

Qualifications:
Microsoft certified;
A+ or equivalent experience;
5 years of IT support experience;
Cisco networking knowledge an asset;
Managed Services experience an asset;
Blackberry Enterprise Server experience an asset.
