shipping a car from the states to calgary

Has anyone here had a car shipped from the states? How exactly does this work and what additional charges are there? How much extra did you guys pay in total and what things are of concern?

I've driven a car up from the states. Easy process, just a lot of paperwork and tedious tasks. Follow steps from RIV and you should be fine.
